The IMC Partnership is based in the village of Ripley, just a few miles from both Woking and Guildford and within easy reach of the M25.

Lead by Managing Director Ian Carr, The IMC Partnership's core is a small, closely knit team of Business Development professionals, all of whom have proven sales, marketing or business development backgrounds. Most joined The IMC Partnership soon after its inception in 2002.

This core team is supported by mix of part-time associates who work with us on specific client projects. Our flexible approach to working hours and our willingness to work around personal commitments has meant that many of our associates have remained with us over the years.

Whilst we are totally focused and fully committed to what we do, we do not operate a ‘hard-sell’ environment. We offer a pleasant and relaxed working environment where our associates have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of client accounts.

The The IMC Partnership team is formed of people of all ages and we actively encourage more mature applicants, recognising the value that experience brings.
